How long does it take for you to actually put my package in the mail?

There are so many companies out there that don't believe that fast shipping is important to their customers, but we know different. We don't sit on orders. In fact, we ship orders within a day of getting them in our system. Since we advance orders to production so quickly, you get your shirts very fast. It takes a day to advance your order and a day to move it through production. Your order then ships the same day it is made. We advance orders Monday thru Friday, 7am to 3pm CST. We don't work on holidays or weekends. When payments for orders are fulfilled on one of the days we don't work, then your order is pushed down to the next day we're open. If you pay for your shirts on a Sunday, we'll get your order on Monday and jog it forward through our production facility and then to the post office. We keep nearly everything we sell in stock so that we can facilitate the super-fast shipping standards, but once in a blue moon we will be out-of-stock on an item. If that happens, it may take up to 2 more days to get your shirts in the mail. Once the mail carrier gets your shirts, you will get them as fast as that postman can run to your door.

There are many shipping options, all with different costs, when you are considering how fast you need your order delivered. Need it by the weekend? You should probably choose something other than our standard shipping choice.

To those of you who are placing your orders within the U.S., then you have many options when considering your shipping speed.

  1. Standard shipping will take 3 to 8 business days to arrive.
  2. For those in a rush, the Expedited option can be expected to arrive at your door in an even speedier 2-3 work days.
  3. Express Shipping is our fastest shipping available, and takes just 1-2 Postal Shipping Days.
NOTE! If you are ordering from the states of Hawaii or Alaska, then your shipment will come to you through Priority Mail, which will be 5-10 work days. The delivery schedule provided is an approximation and may not include special order processing circumstances. Please include your e-mail address when you make your order. When we ship your order, you will get information to track your delivery. People who order outside of the United States of America, people with a PO Box address, people in Alaska, and people in Hawaii can not receive this service. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Our International friends from the nations of Denmark, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Great Britain, Canada, North Ireland, and Sweden are welcome to order using our International Shipping option. When shipping Internationally, patience is necessary as it may take upwards of eight full weeks for your order to be delivered. When ordering during the Holidays, this is especially true. Please do not contact us in one week, asking where your order is. When these orders leave American shores, we no longer have the ability to track them. We are sorry, but we are not in control of this feature.

It doesn't matter if your shipment is declared as a GIFT, because we are legally liable to reveal the value and the inventory of your shipment to customs. We are in no way responsible for any charges your shipment incurs when it goes through your nation's CUSTOMS. You need to direct all of your questions on this topic to the Customs Officers of your region, as they will know what charges you will have and how to clear your package quickly through customs.

The only shipping option available for APO/FPO deliveries is USPS Standard Mail, which means that the faster shipping options of Express and Expedited are not available to the Armed Services. The shipping estimates above do not represent the shipping time it takes for the APO/FPO orders to reach their destinations, but we assure you that we ship them out the door at the same speed as all of our other orders.

If you want your shirts sent to a PO BOX, we are happy to oblige. These orders will always be sent using Standard Shipping, and will take 3 - 5 Postal Shipping Days for those shirts to reach you.

I Am Having Problems With The Shopping Cart Accepting My Credit Card

You need to make certain that your credit card billing address is correct. If your order is still not going through properly, then you can consult these simple four steps to try to rectify the problem.
  1. I know you just did this, but you should probably check it again! Look up the billing address on the card you're using and copy it directly into the billing address entry on your order form.
  2. If you have moved from one address to another in recent memory, your bank or credit company may not have your new address in their system. Try using your previous billing information.
  3. Nothing working yet? Maybe it's time to use another card, if you have one available.

I want to place an order for some shirts that I have my eye on, but I don't have a credit card to pay with. You guys don't accept money orders through the mail, do you?

We definitely want your business! We understand that not everyone has a credit or debit card, so we will definitely take your order with a money order! Here's how...
  1. It's time to go shopping! Pick out everything you want to buy and determine the sizes and colors for those chosen items. We'll need you to send us an email with all of that information, a message about why you want to order through the mail, and your shipping address. You can email us by going to THIS LINK.
  2. We will very promptly send you a return email to give you a complete total on your shirt order that will also include your shipping charge in addition to the address you should be sending your payment to.
  3. Print off the invoice, put it in an envelope with your money order, address the envelope with the address we provided you, and drop the envelope in the mail. When we get your mail, we'll ship your shirts! So easy!

All of the shirts you buy are made the day after you order them to your exact specifications. That means that on orders above a certain price range will incur a restocking fee if they are returned, and the return is not due to anything our company did wrong. We are not responsible for refunding shipment costs.
